Collection: Shade Diffusers & Accessories

Not everyone likes the look of a bare bulb inside a shade – even a really lovely decorative one such as the tinted filament LED. You can use a diffuser, which generally fills the bottom of the shade completely and is made of acrylic. Choose a partial diffuser which leaves a gap at the edge supported by a metal framework, these are always white cotton. We love using a Baffle, made bespoke to float inside your shade perhaps in the same fabric as the outer covering, revealing the inside but hiding the bulb(s).

We have included some baffle options and some light fittings with diffusers below but you can add an acrylic or cotton diffuser to any of our Rocke Bespoke shades!

Insider Tip! Use a Baffle/Diffuser to conceal a really bright bulb, you’ll get lots of light flowing from the top of the shade, bouncing back into your room.
