This allows us to ensure that every detail is meticulously crafted and that the final product meets our high standards of quality.

Once you've checked out and finalised your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, which will contain tracking details, if applicable.

 

Whilst we strive to adhere to the quoted timescales, please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outwith Cotterell & Co's control. Please allow 1-2 extra days for the Scottish Highlands & Islands, UK Offshore & Northern Ireland. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order within the stated time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
